1 About Xphones Xphones provides mobile phone buy-back, exchange, and resale services including device evaluation, pickup, inspection, and payment.
2 Eligibility
  • - You must be at least 18 years old
  • - You must be the legal owner of the device
  • - Device must not be stolen, blacklisted, financed, or under dispute
3 Device Declaration
  • - Accurate declaration of device condition is mandatory
  • - Incorrect details may result in price revision or rejection
  • - iCloud, Google, SIM, or country lock must be disclosed
4 Pricing & Payment
  • - Prices are indicative and subject to inspection
  • - Payment processed after verification
  • - Payments via UPI, bank transfer, or supported methods
5 Pickup & Data Responsibility
  • - All personal data must be erased before handover
  • - Xphones is not responsible for data left on devices
6 Cancellations Orders may be cancelled due to incorrect information or policy violations. Customers may cancel before pickup.
7 Fraud Prevention Selling stolen or tampered devices may result in account suspension and legal action.
8 Limitation of Liability Xphones is not liable for indirect losses or delays beyond its control.
9 Modifications Xphones reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
10 Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India.
